454g Honey Bees collect nectar from different flowers and trees (this depends on what is in blossom, at the time, also the weather) from around 1.5/2 miles radius of their home (Natal Road / Nesbit Road Allotments), Brighton Sieved honey may go cloudy & set over time. If you wish it to remain runny, place jar with lid on in a bowl of just boiled water, allow to cool NOTE - THIS LATE BATCH OF HONEY HAS BEEN PRODUCED BY BEES WHICH HAVE BEEN FEEDING ON IVY - THIS GIVES A DISTINCT FLAVOUR BUT ALSO INCREASES THE CHANCE OF FERMENTATION - IT IS SUGGESTED YOU KEEP THIS HONEY IN THE FRIDGE! |
