Refund policy
  • If you have ordered a product and I am unable to source it, I will offer an alternative where ever practically possible, failing that I will offer a cash refund.
  • I will replace or refund the purchase price to you in full for unopened defective items within one week of delivery date. Please check your delivery immediately upon arrival and email to report any defect. You must return your defective item at the time of replacement or refund.
  • No other refunds will be given for any other reason.
